India’s Avinash Sable bettered his own national record by almost a second to win silver in the men’s 3000m steeplechase at the 2022 Commonwealth Games here on Saturday. Australian Ash Moloney has made the difficult decision to retire in the middle of the decathlon at the World Championships after an excruciating knee injury that has become too much.
