Events taking place in the Clearview and Highlines library areas of the Loveland Public Library for the week of July 30-Aug. 5, 2022

The High Plains and Clearview library districts, as well as the Loveland Public Library, offer a variety of programs and activities for all ages.

Clearview Library

Join the library for the End of Summer Carnival at 3pm on Saturday at 720 Third Street in Windsor. All ages are invited to come and participate in bouncy houses, inflatables, light refreshments and more. There is no need to register to attend. Pick up some reading material for the week when the Bookmobile stops at Northern Light Park, 550 Saratoga Way in Windsor, Monday at 4:30 p.m. All ages can come and see what Kitabmobil has to offer.

The library hosts a family movie night at 8 p.m. Wednesdays in the library parking lot, 720 Third St., Windsor. All ages are invited to attend the screening of Nim Island and enjoy snacks and drinks. Participants should bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on, as well as any additional snacks and drinks they would like. The bookmobile is scheduled to stop at Overlook Park, 10007 County Road 72 in Severance, Thursday at 6 p.m. All ages can come and see what the bookmobile has to offer.

High Plains Library

The Write Stuff: Kids Fiction Writing workshop is scheduled for Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Centennial Park Library, 2227 23rd Ave., Greeley. The Farr Nonfiction Book Club is scheduled to meet at 1 p.m. Monday at the library, located at 1939 61st St. in Greeley. Adults 18 and older are invited to attend a nutrition class for older adults at 12:30 p.m. Wednesdays at the Riverside Library and Cultural Center, 3700 Golden St. in Evans. This class teaches participants how to make good food choices to prevent and control a variety of health issues. The End of Summer Foam Party will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Farr Regional Library, 1939 61st St. in Greeley, and all ages are invited to attend. Do you have a sewing project you need to work on but don’t have a sewing machine? Loveland Public Library
