Three men were wounded by three bullets in Lundell

Three men were wounded in a shooting Sunday evening in Lundell on the West Side.

Chicago police said they were standing near a sidewalk around 6:50 p.m. in the 4000 block of West Arthington when someone in a car approached them and opened fire with a pistol.

A 26-year-old man was shot in the hand and bruised in the head. Police said he was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he is listed in good condition.

Another man, 28, was shot in the ankle while the other, 29, was shot in the thigh. Police said the two men were also taken to the same hospital and are in good condition.

No one was in custody. Investigators are investigating the area.
